Frenchville Snow Chalet

Located in the heart of snow country is our cozy home with 5 bedrooms, 1 bath, and oversized garage. The space has a tarred driveway and trailer parking on the opposite side (lawn). Guests have garage access to park toys, vehicles, etc. There is an open fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining room with seating for 8. *Extra chairs and table leaf located in the basement. The living room has a Roku smart tv, sectional, and games/books/magazines. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house. You will also find a “gear” room that is waterproofed to hang snowmobile attire to warm and dry after a long day of sledding! *This property is NOT air conditioned in the summer. 

The kitchen has a microwave, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge/freezer combo and is stocked to serve up to 12 guests. It comes with a full set of dishware, as well as glasses of all kinds. It also has a full complement of cooking pots and pans make it fun for the whole gang to dish up a great meal. We start everyone off with basic spices, coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar. 

Our cozy chalet sleeps up to 10 people. One bedroom and the bathroom can be found on the first floor. The bathroom has a shower /tub combo. The gear room and laundry room with washer/dryer are also on the first floor. 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a linen closet of the second floor with extra sheets and blankets. 

There is a small porch and spacious backyard. Direct snowmobile trail access is located outback through the back yard. There is a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs and 4 burner gas grill. We supply a small amount of starter wood for the fire pit.
