Sinclair Lakeside Retreat

Located in the heart of the St John Valley on Long Lake is our cozy home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. The space has gravel parking to the left, right, and front of the house. There is an open fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living room has a Roku smart tv, couch, and games/books/magazines. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house. 

The kitchen has a microwave, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge/freezer combo and is stocked to serve up to 12 guests. It comes with a full set of dishware, as well as glasses of all kinds. It also has a full complement of cooking pots and pans make it fun for the whole gang to dish up a great meal. We start everyone off with basic spices, coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar.

Our cozy home sleeps up to 9 people. One bedroom with queen bed and the bathroom located on the first floor. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and washer/dryer.  2 large bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first upstairs bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is a linen closet in the bathroom with extra sheets and blankets. *This property is air conditioned in the summer.

There is a generous size deck and backyard. There is a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs and 4 burner gas grill. We supply a small amount of starter wood for the fire pit. Direct snowmobile trail and ATV access. Our waterfront is a work in progress! Currently, water access on the property is for canoes/kayaks. We provide 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets. The water is about 3ish feet with a moderately muddy/murky bottom due to the current of the water. We swim at the property next door with water shoes, but we know that this is not for everyone. For deep, easy swimming, we walk to the boat landing just down the road! There is also a bridge where the local's fish from. You can walk out quite a bit on our waterfront before it drops off to 6-8 feet. There is plenty of wildlife, ducks, geese, loons, otters, and beavers. The Public boat landing is a close 100 yards down the road.
